This newly built casita was designed by one of San Miguel’s up and coming architects, Oswaldo Enseno, and features many aesthetic details to delight the eye. 

• Walk through the beautifully designed iron gate entry, framed in conterra stone, leading up to the terrace area that is partially covered so it can be enjoyed rain or shine.
• The living room features a coved boveda ceiling, fireplace with hearth seating, and sliding doors to the terrace.  The entertainment center includes a television, CD player, and top quality stereo.

Location, location, location…the Casita is situated in one of San Miguel de Allende’s charming and most convenient neighborhoods--Colonia San Antonio North – a flat 8 minute walk to the Jardin (central plaza) and just blocks from the Instituto Allende art and language school There are plenty of restaurants just steps away and the neighborhood meeting spot,  the friendly Spanglish Café, is right across the street!
People come from all over San Miguel to shop for food in San Antonio: the German gourmet/cheese shop, the Italian gourmet shop, the local supermarket, French butcher, wine/liquor store, bakeries, laundromat, 24-hour pharmacy, day spas, gyms.
